SBS Grand Hotel

I have come here for last one year with family and alone...when I check in I have to complain..the pillow cover is torn and bathroom is not clean. Every time you have to call the front office and ask... that too the customer who does online booking does not get any complimentary.. be careful about that. But all of them are focused on getting money...

I visited Blue Ice and the experience was too good. Gowri Shankar was the one who attended me and his service was extremely prompt with a happy smile and he was too good.. His service was top notch. You guys must hire people like him so that you guys go to greater heights...

Hotel is not worth the price.Its a 2 star hotel not 3 star.Also ,after a tiring long journey when you do early checkin just 2 hrs before they charge 1000 rupees.Atleast in other places I have never seen somebody charging for early checkin,they will ask you to wait for sometime and make arrangements.This is how they treat guests. Also in the breakfast area there was mice peepping from the ceiling just above where the breakfast buffer was arranged. Only the reception was neat and clean .Rooms were ok ok

Worst place to stay. I have never experienced such a pathetic service and room ever in my travel life. They charged 3920 as rent for one day, room was in open condition while I checked in, all mosquitoes flying inside, I have to follow up for toiletries multiple times, pathetic room service. Ordered a starter which not received even after multiple calls, pathetic treatment from reception while check out, initially not given bill, after I asked they given bill with wrong name, when I asked for correction they are asking to wait 30 mns or said will send later evening

It was decent for the amount charged. I checked in early at 10 am and was charged Rs. 750. Room was clean, location was close to the airport, only questionable thing was room service as I kept getting informed by whoever took the call that the restaurant would only be ready after 1pm but the reception as well as the in room menu card informed me they are open from 11.30am onwards. There seemed to be no coordination in that regard so I ended up getting food from outside. Otherwise I think it was worth what I paid for.
