The staff were very polite and hospitable, which made our stay plesent. The room were worth for money and met our expectations. After check out we didnt find cloak room for luggage but receptionist kindly offered to keepfor us.. Over all good value for the price and excellent staff support

The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Gandhipuram, with easy access to restaurants, transport, and shopping areas. Breakfast was good and service was quick. Overall, it’s a great value for money and ideal for both business and leisure stays. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Coimbatore!

I stayed here from December 31, 2025 to January 1, 2026, and had a very pleasant experience. The stay was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the pricing was reasonable. It’s an ideal place for families with kids. The location is convenient, being close to the Gandhipuram town bus stand, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend this place.

We booked 3 rooms on a family + business trip in Jan 26. Whilst the location is just about 3km from the railway station and is on the main road, the property itself is ok. During our stay we had to change rooms twice, the ac was not working in one room and the TV refused to switch off in another! Food choices were limited, breakfast was not very elaborate, however, the food was good.

It’s rare to encounter someone who elevates a great hotel into an unforgettable experience, but that’s exactly what they did. I can recommend this hotel highly and if you have the chance to interact with Prakash you’ll understand why my stay was so memorable.
