Marriage hall to dining hall way is acute. Common toilet and hand wash are horrible. Rooms are properly maintained. If it rains, it is hell below. Very poor maintenance.

Good place for marriage (resorption) hall.
It is not designed or modified as per the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act. There is no lift or hand rail to climb upstairs and even to the stage. Absolutely not a suitable place or venue to visit by aged, ailing with fractures and disabled persons. Above all there is NO car parking. Salem District administration to take action as per the RPWD Act. - Advocate Jayarajan.
Need more maintenance.. For the rent what they charge... Marriage is an one time Life event... Everyone is ready to tolerate because the Happy moment should not become a bitter memory... They collect the Full amount even before you enter the hall because if they give the.. to pay after the function... You don't even give half of the rent
