Sri Krishna Vilas

Stayed here during my Bharat Yatra, Got the location through Google Map. During this Yatra, I stayed in many dharamshalas, Hotels, Lodges. The manager here's very humble and managed the rooms very professionally like a 5 Star Hotel. You will find a pure veg restaurant, now they offer only lunch. They have stopped serving breakfast and dinner due to competition. Staff is very humble and kind, they provide purified drinking water without any additional cost. Parking for two-wheelers and four wheelers is free. I found Elevator working during my 2 days stay. It's in very safe area, due to Collector's office and in good location from where you can get everything of your need. If you're visiting Coimbatore, you must visit this hotel to stay overnight or a week in peace.

I have paid 1600 for this room, the rooms are very old & shouldn’t be more than 1000. Apart from that room rent, it was very clean. Wifi was average. Staffs are so polite & friendly. Best thing is there is an elevator in this hotel. There is a vegetarian restaurant available in this hotel, best food in reasonable price.

During our stay at Sri Krishna Vilas Hotel in Coimbatore, we found the experience to be a mix of pros and cons. The rooms were basic and not as well-maintained as we expected. It was clear that many locals regularly dine here, as the restaurant was busy with a steady flow of customers, which spoke volumes about its popularity and the quality of food. The rice, sambar, and vegetable curry were flavorful and satisfying. One of the highlights of the meal was the payasam (sweet pudding) served at the end. Restaurant and lodging is permanently closed and Owner is been trying to remove the Google details. No point in calling the number

This hotel showcases the old grandeur of lodging ( especially government employees). Room was very clean, spacious and family friendly. However the manager and the staff were rude and unconcerned.
