Good venue for.a wonderful event to conduct, also located in main road , lift and car parking facilities are good , you can feel as your own venue to celebrate your all function with grand expectations, friendly owner, good staffs,. Cons: 1. Very worst management and reception staff 2. The lady at the office treated the customer like her enemy and the language and gesture was very poor. She treated us like we are going to run without giving the money. The owner supported the staff and did not have any courtesy to show compassion or did not apologize for the staff behaviour. 3. There was no transparency or proper communication between the owner and their staff 4. We informed the owner about the delay in maintenance payment (just a 1 day delay - eventhough we already paid full hall amount in cash) 5. They demanded the amount to be paid in cash so that they will get escaped from income tax. We paid 40000 as hall rent and they insisted to pay 35000 for maintenance and security deposit 6. The restrooms were not regularly cleaned nor the hall, but they got the cleaning charges for that 7. They do suggest catering and decoration services, but please don't opt them and it's better you book on your own for your bigday. Pr
The location is good. Size is ok. The apperance is good. Wedding hall & Dining hall are good. Facility given for Bride & groom are good. I did not visit Kitchen and so did not observe it's facilities. What is the fee per day ? But, maintain the neatness,the conditions of the Pipe fittings, Electric points, Neatness of toilets ,and working conditions of fans & switches Toilets daily seriously. At many Kalyana mandapams these are not maintained.
Good atmosphere... Low space and maintenance also not enough...
Cost affordable. Maintenance is good. Its suits for less members functions. Maximum seating capacity maybe upto 250 members. Dining space can accommodate 150 members at a time. Stage size is medium looks good. 1st floor is for dining 2nd floor is the function hall 3rd floor has the wash rooms. Bride and groom rooms are comfortable with attached wash room facility.Overall it is good for the cost.
