The hall is not clean, they put unnecessary things ( old tables and other backdrop items) near the stage which looks more clumsy and they are not removing it even after informing their staff

The hall was quite decent for a small event. No separate parking space. No ground floor. First Floor for dining. No AC. Second floor for event. It has a small stage setup. And has AC. During our family event, no power supply and generator immediately worked. The hall has windows and enough table fans for air.

Great location, best suited for the surrounding community in Perungudi. Ample space, well distributed between the three floors. Parking is an issue being a market area. It would be wonderful if they pep up digital payment for receipt. Also one could expect a little better service.

120 seating capacity, 200 floating capacity, nearly 90 people can have food in the dining area at the same time. The hall owner never lets you have a DJ in your event as it is a commercial Street and near to a temple since it will affect the surroundings, but he has a prefixed speakers with amplifier so we can connect with aux cable or pendrive for background music at the time of event! And the hall was not maintained well, hand washing area is too small and also hard to find a restroom having only 1 or 2! Mainly recommending this hall for people who are below average to conduct an event! Not for people who can afford a 50k worth hall, never choose this just because its little lesser than your budget! And mainly there is no parking space, only 10 to 15 bikes can park and for cars they have to park on the roadsides no separate parking facilities! He will charge you for paid parking means the owner of this hall will allocate a guy to take care of your car to park somewhere! Good A/C
