Sri Kamatchi Mahal

Function hall and the dining hall, no doubt, are spacious. However, it has no parking space of its own. Only vallet parking, that too, on the neighboring small space owned by Aavichy (AVM) group. Other facilities are reasonable.

Had my brother's wedding here on Feb 10th. Easily the worst marriage hall you can book for your special events. The old guy not sure if he is manager or owner but he had worst attitude. CCTVs don't work we came to know this when we asked to look at the footage as a bag was missing. They initially denied saying they have outsourced the CCTV control to third party and they can't do anything, when we pushed them to call the Third Party and check for the footage, the actual truth came out that the CCTV was not working properly. When I asked the manager, he was like we cannot be responsible for your belongings, you should take care of your stuff etc, I told yes I agree, since it's missed we are asking for the CCTV footage. He was like I can't do anything you do what you want. Rooms were horrible, it was like entering a haunted place, AC was from 1960s, which was barely working. And the beds were also old and almost at the level of breaking. If you want your special day to be spoiled

My brother's wedding and reception was held there and the ordeal we faced is something no couple should have to endure. First off, the management is incredibly poor and blatantly money-minded. Despite already paying for the venue, the staff constantly demanded extra tips. Denying tips results in them cursing the newlyweds – truly despicable behavior. The employees, rather than going above and beyond to ensure our event went smoothly, spent their time pestering us for money until we caved. Tips should be given for exceptional service, but here, they won't lift a finger unless extra money is involved. Particularly problematic was the manager, Mani. He appears innocent at first, but once the function ends

A neat and good hall in the busy streets of Arcot road with parking facility in nearby avichi school ground. It is maintained well full Ac hall, close to 15 rooms I think as they have numbered each room door. Dining in first floor hall in ground floor - hall can accommodate close to 500 people I guess and dining 300 pax at a time. Lift facility is available

Spacious hall and neatly maintained, even washrooms are very neat and clean has ample parking Easily accessible, it lies on the main road location is prime location
