I had the worst experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, I noticed a complete lack of cleanliness — the room was dirty, the bathroom had stains, and the bed sheets looked unchanged. It felt extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable to stay even for a night. On top of that, I felt completely cheated. The pictures and description online were totally misleading compared to the actual condition of the hotel. What was promised and what was provided were worlds apart. For the price charged, this was absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others not to book this place if they value cleanliness, honesty, and basic hospitality.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting and should not be operating. The toilet in my room had human waste already inside, and the flush was not working at all. This is not a minor issue — it’s a serious hygiene failure and a clear health risk. When I reported this to the reception, the staff response was rude, careless, and completely irresponsible. There was no apology, no urgency, and no proper solution offered. On top of this, the food quality was very poor. The taste was bad and hygiene was questionable. Considering the condition of the room, I seriously doubt the cleanliness of the kitchen as well. Paying money to stay in a place like this is unacceptable. Poor cleanliness, poor maintenance, and pathetic customer service. Avoid this hotel at all costs

Location & Accessibility Very convenient — close to Coimbatore airport and major roads. Good for travellers who want easy access. Staff / Service Many praise the staff for being courteous, helpful and responsive. Some highlight smooth check-in. Room Size / Comfort Some guests find rooms spacious, with good natural light. Beds and basic room amenities are acceptable in many reviews. Food & Breakfast The complimentary breakfast is often liked. Restaurant food gets good remarks from many (taste, variety) when it’s done well.

Nice hotel in heart of the city . Rooms are fine . Bit old but has all amenities. Nice comfortable bed . Outside view is good . AC is somewhat very low and no regulation in room available. We had dinner and breakfast and all items were nice , delicious. Overall good stay we feel for one night we spent here .

⭐ Review for Orbis Hotel Management team — please prioritize renovation and upkeep. I recently stayed at Orbis Hotel and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. The rooms were not up to the mark — old furniture, broken taps, and bathrooms with an unpleasant smell. Overall, the property clearly needs proper maintenance and renovation. I chose this hotel thinking it was still one of the best, but it seems to have declined over time. On the positive side, the complimentary vegetarian breakfast was genuinely good and enjoyable. The spread included Idli, Pongal, Vada, Semiya, Sambar, Chutney, Poori Masala, juice, cut fruits, French toast, bread-butter-jam, and cornflakes. The taste and variety were impressive. Management team — please prioritize renovation and upkeep. The location and potential are good, but the current condition of the rooms pulls down the entire experience.
