Rooms are good. The river at the back is a good place to relax. Food is average. A litre of water was provided per room as "compliment", we need to come down to the restaurant to fill water, else you need to order via room service (which they explained this during the checkout). Service has to be improved

The a/c machines are worst in most of the eight rooms we have experienced. Worst cooling and few are noisy. Morning complementary breakfast is very good. Spa cious Bar but noisy TV is spoiling the ambience. Well maintained swimming pool.

We recently had our wedding at this beautiful resort, and overall, it was an unforgettable and truly magical experience. The location is stunning and the ambience is purely serene. The manager, Alwin who was our main point of contact handled everything with impressive professionalism and warmth. Our families and friends absolutely loved the venue, and it created the perfect backdrop for one of the happiest days of our lives. The only disappointment was the external decoration vendor associated with the resort, who unfortunately did not deliver what was promised. Despite sharing our requirements clearly, the final decor fell short of expectations and caused avoidable stress on an otherwise perfect day. I truly hope the resort reevaluates this vendor or monitors their work more closely, because the venue deserves partners who match its standards. We would still wholeheartedly recommend this venue for weddings and celebrations, just with a gentle suggestion to double‑check decoration ar
