Visited with my kids and had a wonderful experience. The place was neat, well-maintained, and offered free adventure activities. Special thanks to Mr. Ravi and Mr. Karthik, who guided the kids with great patience and humility. The resort has a pleasant ambiance with good amenities and delicious food. We especially enjoyed the big backyard with a beautiful mountain view. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and truly worth the money paid

Really enjoyed the Adventures activity. No hesitation in repeating the activity for the kids. With smiling face all activities were enjoyed with mr. Karthik , mr.Anish and mr. Ravi Kumar. Children are fully enjoyed. While day can spend with such activist. Safe, smile and complete enjoyment. Once more grateful to share the experience with adventure activity staff

Very disappointing stay; absolutely not a resort experience. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. There was no welcome drink, no warm greeting, and the staff appeared confused about our reservation. We were asked what type of room we had booked and even whether we had booked a room at all, which was embarrassing and highly unprofessional. Room service and housekeeping were a constant issue. Despite the βplease clean the roomβ switch being clearly activated and despite personally reminding staff at the lobby, the room was not cleaned until very late in the afternoon (after 6:00 PM). On the second day until 2 pm. No small towels were provided, and basic items such as toilet paper and a laundry bag were only delivered after asking four times. Dining was another major disappointment. Although room service is advertised as available all day, the same dishes could not be ordered in the restaurant, which made no sense. Several menu items were not available at all.
