Very disappointing stay. The AC didn’t work properly, and even after switching 5 rooms, none of them had a functioning air conditioner or heater. I wasn’t expecting extreme cooling — but even basic chillness was missing. The bathrooms were not maintained well, and the hotel didn’t provide basic amenities like water bottles, soap, or toiletries — everything was chargeable. The staff at the reception were rude and unhelpful when I raised my concerns. For the price of ₹2,200 per night for an “AC room,” this hotel is absolutely not worth it. Strongly do not recommend staying here.

If there was an option for a negative review, I would have chosen that. I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed. Despite the high cost, the service was third-class. The room and toilet were not clean. When I asked about this, the response was that they could neither cancel the booking nor exchange the room. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. Please avoid this hotel if you want peace of mind. I never had such an experience in my life.

Worst room in coimbatore for the amount that we are paying. I paid 1400 for a double room and the bathroom was not at all clean also had bad smell from the cupboard they don't clean the rooms on daily basis and the staff was mean too. You have better options for less price in coimbatore.

Very worst hotel .I don't not recommend this hotel to anyone .And the behavior of the Receptionist is very bad and rooms are ok but more mosquitoes in the room.

One of the worst hotels. The reception staff doesn’t know how to talk to guests. I spoke with Sankar, the receptionist, and asked for hotel photos. He replied, “You are coming at night and leaving in the morning, why should we send the photos?” Such an arrogant response! He even cut the call. Management team, please train your front office staff on how to handle and speak with guests. If this is the way they behave, how can we trust that the rooms and services will be good? No chance!
