They r nt worth for a single star. I recently booked this party hall for my family function. All the people over there need money not providing basic needs. Elevators will not work especially wen we r booking our meals outside, not from them. Worst staff, cleaning ladies. Ac will not work properly. Daily, people will call for money even though there is no pending. From entry to exit they need money. Hall Maintenance paid but we have to bring garbage bags. Rude behaving staffs. They told Car parking will be provided at the time of event. But they didn't do anything....

One of the worst experience we had. Till you book the place they will be normal after that they will not follow a single word what they say. They will not do any service whatever we are asking. The only thing they will do is keep on calling for MONEY! EXTREMELY EXTRA CHARGES FOR THE DECORATION! There is no basic HUMANITY with this people. On the day of our event the incharge person was fully drunk and his behaviour was worst! And also they will switch off the AC and LIFT before the time and threatened us! THEY ARE NOT EVEN WORTH FOR SINGLE STAR! Since can't able to go for ZERO Star am forced to choose Single Star! HIGHLY HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE!

it is a nice place for your Birthday parties and other small gettogether activities like office meetings and parties etc. Its a small hall attached with a dining hall inside. its a air conditioned hall, so we can feel the comfortness in the summer. Again the parking only the challenge as they have place for only one car to part in front of the building and the place also in a center of the city and its a very crowded area. so please plan about your parking there. also I noticed a board inside the hall says "1,000 Rs extra will be charged if the event extended beyond 10:00 PM" I am not sure whether this is right or wrong. but something disturbed me while seeing that stickers many placed inside the hall.

Located on the busy area it is suitable for small party only. There is no parking facility for cars. Only limited two wheeler parking available. Party hall on second floor and dining on first floor to accommodate maximum 100 persons.

The worst Mahal in Ayanavaram. They're not good in anything. AC didn't work. Dinning hall not in good. People's are in mahal suddenly there turned off AC around 10. No packing facility. Manager are so kind before booking hall. Worst experience ever seen. They working members are very very worst behaviour. Please don't book this mahal..
