Cleanliness is excellent, service is superfast, rate is also ok. Located in Khosbagan market/bazar area. They dont have own restaurant but arrange food from near by restaurants or shops. Service persons are very charming, they work with smile. Wish to stay here again

If there is 0 star I would have given that. The service was the worst. The room was already with another guests - Mosquitoes. There is no heater in bathroom. The water smelled like rotten egg. Lights were not working properly. The bed spread looked like it was used by other guests before an hour. TV connection is not there. Overall the room is not at all stayable. Worst ever room I have stayed.

I can give 0 score for this inn , because the hotel manager refused to check-in if guests are booking from OYO. I have booked a room recently from OYO and I have paid full amount but while check in they are not ready to give the room reason is rooms not available i didn't understand why these guys do like this. I am getting very disappointed and OYO also not given the refund after cancellation (their policy) but i explained this suitatuin to OYO customer care. I lost my money and peace of mind in that day. Don't trust this hotel worst management.

Location is prime factor as it's very close to Gandhipuram bus stop(which is very active and accessible to almost all important parts of the city) and Railway Station. The rooms are clean and the service is prompt. Hygiene level is good. Could be an issue with the food and restaurant there because it was either closed or served very late to every try there.

It was a horrible experience. We checked into the hotel at 11 PM only to find out we have to wait 2 hours to get our rooms. And once we finally got our rooms we were asked to shift to a Different room at around 2 am in the morning. Worst experience!!! We won't be coming back here ever. P.S this was apart from the lift not working and my old parents and grandma having to walk up 3 floors!! Oh and did I forget to mention that the building looked to be still under construction. Please do yourself a favour and never come here.
