I had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the bed was especially comfortable. The staff were polite and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Buffet Breakfast was good. Parking is an issue due to bar/pub on top floor. Avoid if staying with family/children at all costs. People are smoking on floors/rooms and no fire alarms get activated, you and your kids have to go through passive smoking. Entire floor was filled with the disgusting smell. Full day went in complaining about this nonsense but no action taken, Manager was not available on the property & reception staff were useless & unresponsive. Not at all recommended for families. Disgusting & unresponsive staff and management. (At 10pm staff knocks my door-- we will put penalty once the smoking guy will checkout tomorrow {bear it & suffer till then} >No action whatsoever

WiFi service was very bad, especially in rooms, it is not connected at all, and for the room it’s was decent but if they renovate their bathroom it will be nice, and my floor was on the fourth floor and there was a very bad smell when we enter the floor, for breakfast I had pancake and it was so bad other than that the food was nice. Remarks: Should really upgrade your WiFi system

Recently, we stayed here for a day. This is a budget hotel with basic comforts, and centrally located close to Panagal Park, a great place for shoppers. Check-in is slow as there is only a single desk handling check-in and checkouts! In spite of advance booking, we had to wait for more than an hour and a half to get a room allotted. The room is good-sized one with central ac, bath with hot and cold water. There were no insects and the linen on the bed were clean. Service is slow and error prone. We had booked a double room but only one tea cup and one bath towel were placed! The breakfast spread is decent with breads, and traditional Indian breakfast items. By 7 PM, the pub on the 5th floor got noisy and it went on till 11.30 PM; then the noise of rearranging furniture disturbed us --who were on the 4th floor-- till midnight. During checkout, there was no one to help with carrying our luggage. USP: the location and the budget pricing. Shortcomings: Slow services; Noisy pub on the top f
