Given the brand, space and locality, it is bound be a costly place to rent and would require plenty of advance notice to get the desired slot.

The mandapam has good location and has ample parking space.The dinning which is in the ground floor has a capacity of 250 people. The mandapam is in the first floor and has a capacity of 1000 people. It is air conditioned. There is a separate stage for reception.

The place is big and can accommodate substantial amount of people. Excellent parking for four and two wheelers. One of the few places in the city with good amount of parking. The dining hall is huge which can host considerable number of guests. The main hall and podium are big. Chairs can be placed on the sides as well. The place for wedding Oonjal is cute and nice. The toilets are neat and clean. The air conditioning all across is good. Podium is quite big.
