Park Inn Hotel

One start just because of the staff they are polite. Rest don't book this hotel it's full of cockroach, restaurant is full of cockroach, you can see cockroach legs in tea cups and also bathroom is full with cockroach and insect. Small plack jonk like insect are in the water tab and pipe we are scared that they will leach on us and come with us. Room is full of fungus and God knows what. Bed sheet are not changed after one left they just use the same for next guest you can see hairs and stuff. It's so gross. Just don't go there.

Rooms are maintained neat. Decent car parking space for almost 10 to 15 cars. Value for money hotel. It is very comfortable and not luxurious. Nearby nice restaurants are there. Very close to railwaystation.

Good clean room. Stained Bed linen. No kettle in room. Have to ask for hot water from restaurant which normally takes about 15 minutes. We asked for tea at 4pm - hot water with tea sachet, form the in-house room service, but they responded saying that they can provide tea only after 6pm, since they had just concluded an event and that all the staff were tired.

Extremely Disappointing Experience This is by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, especially for a so-called 3-star hotel. The first room allotted was full of cockroaches. When we complained, they changed the room — shockingly, the second room had even more cockroaches than the first. This clearly shows a serious hygiene and pest control issue. After multiple complaints, they finally offered another room, but only if we paid extra, which is completely unacceptable when the problem was entirely on their side. Even basic amenities were ignored — only one soap and one towel were provided despite three members staying in the room. The room service staff was not helpful at all and showed no concern for the inconvenience caused. On top of that, there is no proper parking management, making things even more frustrating for guests. Overall, poor cleanliness, careless staff, and bad management. Definitely not worth the money and absolutely does not meet 3-star standards. Would not

This hotel is wonderfully situated, making it incredibly convenient for travelers arriving by train. The food served here is truly excellent, a definite highlight of the stay. Its prime location also means many attractions are easily accessible. Furthermore, the rooms were immaculately clean and well-maintained. I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
