Hotel City Tower

Should give a zero star to this hotel and the management. Check in took 1.30 hrs of time. They were unclear about the allocations although the rooms were booked earlier. Finally got our rooms and not to be surprised the rooms were stinking like anything. Bathrooms and toilets were unclean. Water leakage here and there. Water clogged in the bathrooms, the management can do nothing about the issues we faced. Better not to choose this hotel for family stays.

It was an extremely disappointing and threatening situation in the hotel. We came for a medical checkup for our father, they allowed some college students in midnight who were drunk and disturbed every other rooms. They were banging on the rooms and created a threatening situation at midnight. The next day morning when we complained, the hotel staff are like - they Are college students they will be like that.. Why the hell are you allowing families then? This Hotel is strictly NOT for families as there is no safety. They allow a lot of passerby tourists in bulk which is not at all safe

Rooms Ambience is not what we expected. Rude behavior by Reception people at night time. I booked mistakenly. Please avoid this Hotel

Rooms are good but need to give attention on bathroom particularly wash basin are not good

Neat and clean AC rooms. Apparently we even got 24hrs hot water. It is very close to city centre gandhipuram shopping street also. Good lot of hotels nearby. Overall nice stay worth money
