Full of attitude staff and Very old and worst room for the price: I've stayed in the hotel between 08/09/2025 - 09/09/2025. The room rent per day around 2800 Plus taxes for that kind of price you get better looking hotel rooms and services around the same area of coimbatore i highly suggest you to look somewhere else because they still using key for door lock hotels who charge this kind of price are all using card scaning technology. And don't be fooled by the photographs provided by the hotel all of them are either fake or higher end room which I'm not also sure wheather they have such room because you can see the condition of the room I've been provided I've asked for single King size bed but they provided double sharing which I didn't ask and the toilets are old looking also flush not working properly and when I complained about this no one showed up or rectify the problem. Apart from this one thing frustrated me so much is the receptionist attitude and behaviour. I have to check
I had a wonderful stay . Real value for money. Whole place very hygienic. Buffet very affordable. Service very nice
Very good hotel. Located at a central convenient location and close to main markets. The corporation bus stand is at a stone throw distance as well. Hotel premises and rooms are neat and clean and feel like home. Staff is very friendly and welcoming at all times. Food is excellent. Overall rated 4/5. Most recommended for a comfortable stay.
Used to an old time favourite. Located in the heart of Coimbatore. Used to love their bar on the ground floor which used to be buzzing in the evening. Now has gone quiet. On account of all the new options Coimbatore has. Good place overall.
Service is extremely poor and they claim to be a 3 star hotel. I am currently checked into the hotel. I ordered coffee and hot chocolate for room service at 7:15 in the morning and the response I got was that they only deliver coffee to the room after 12:30pm. Room Service does not pick up calls. There is no one to help us take luggage to the room. The only silver lining is the location of this hotel which is very good.
