Metro Park Inn

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided during my recent stay at Metro Park Inn. My family and I stayed for 6 days, and throughout our stay, we faced several issues that made our experience very unpleasant. No Wi-Fi was provided, despite it being listed as a basic facility. Daily cleaning was not carried out, even after repeated requests. Hot water facility was not available. The staff continuously asked us to change rooms instead of resolving the issues. This level of service is highly unacceptable, especially for families staying long-term. I strongly recommend that immediate corrective action be taken to improve your service standards and prevent such experiences for future guests.

Good experience. They have a BBQ nation and kupanna in the same building apart from their own restaurant. Reception Sumati was very warm and sweet and made us feel very welcome.

Under construction hotel, lifts getting struck and u will see people breaking the walls of lift entrances in all floor. I got struck inside lift and shouted my way out. No water in room for half the day… Heavy construction work inside the building with zero courtesy. Heavy noise will not make u sleep but they won’t even bother how you feel. One of the worst hotels in Coimbatore pls don’t even try to book in this.

It was a great stay either way Metro Park Inn Hotel. Location is very close to Railway station n bus tand area. Thanks to receptionist Ms.Sumathi Madam for the seamless check in. Breakfast was provided in room n it was nice. Thanks looking forward.

Every single team member, Especially to Sumathi maam 🤝🏻from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, was consistently warm, polite, and incredibly attentive. Check-in was swift and seamless, and the reception team was always available with helpful local recommendations and quick solutions to any requests. ⭐ Highly Recommended! I eagerly look forward to my next stay! ⭐ Main advantage is everything is nearby location to this hotel like Railway, Busstand etc...
