Tasty and quality food from town hall. If u are in town hall and confused from where to eat , this is a perfect place. They have great varieties of veg food. Service was satisfactory. Sweets and snacks are also available for purchase. 🥰

Crowded always. Food is good. They didn't serve food in banana leaf. Not sure how the plates are washed.

During my visit, I was charged for a higher quantity than what was actually served. The bill reflects a higher quantity and corresponding price, whereas the quantity provided was clearly less. This discrepancy was noticed after reviewing the bill with actual quantity. Item actual quantity packed approximately150gms something but you have billed charged me for 255gms nearly 100gms more. Not sure how your staff can do this while no one was there around and no crowd in the counter as well. Such billing inaccuracies are concerning and do not align with the standards Annapoorna Hotel. Got feedback to whom we got the sweets, the Mysurpa stinked and looks old stock sweet sold. They have not consumed and kept to show us its rock solid and bad smell.Attaching the bill and truly disappointed with service and quality.

The servers are very helpful and polite. Infact the were very accommodating for my special requests. Food was as it should be - wholesome and real! Sambar and chutney was amazing. Ghee roast was good. Idli was soft and filter coffee was just perfect

Very poor service. The chapathi was not heated and seemed like plain dough was served. This is the third time I’ve had this experience. Definitely not worth the amount charged. Annapoorna’s quality has dropped drastically these days.
