The Residency Towers

I recently visited The Hotel Residency Tower in Coimbatore, and I was truly impressed with my experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained and absolutely lives up to its 5-star rating. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-designed, offering complete comfort throughout my stay. The service was exceptional—every staff member I interacted with was polite, professional, and always ready to help. Their warm hospitality really made me feel welcome. The overall ambiance of the hotel, along with its excellent facilities, made my stay both relaxing and memorable. I highly recommend The Hotel Residency Tower to anyone visiting Coimbatore. It’s definitely one of the best 5-star hotels in the city!

My wife and I have been staying at The Residency for nearly two weeks, and we check out tomorrow. This extended stay gave us the opportunity to experience various aspects of the hotel. Our first interaction was with Pavith Kumar, who was both highly professional and genuinely personable. He helped us find a room that suited our needs and checked in several times to ensure our stay was comfortable. The rooms are modern, thoughtfully updated, and offered every comfort we needed for a longer visit. Housekeeping was led by Vishnu, who consistently did a wonderful job throughout our stay. Our package included breakfast at The Pavilion, and even after two weeks we never grew tired of it. The buffet offered good variety each day, and the chef often went around to make sure everything was well stocked and served at the right temperature. Upon check-in, we were comfortably seated and offered a refreshing drink with a delightful Indian touch, which immediately made us feel at home. Rooms & Amenities Our room was beautifully designed, modern, and spacious. A standout feature was the iPad-based control system, which allowed us to manage everything—from lights and curtains to music, television, and even room service—without needing to make a phone call. This modern convenience added a luxurious touch to our stay. The bedroom was cozy, with comfortable pillows and thoughtful touches such as complimentary welcome edibles. Our stay at this five-star hotel was truly excellent, with outstanding hospitality, well-maintained rooms, and a pleasant ambience that made our visit memorable. The staff were courteous and the overall service reflected high standards of professionalism. However, the only disappointing experience was at the Pavilion food court regarding the complimentary breakfast. We clearly mentioned our room numbers while entering, yet we were not informed that the breakfast would be chargeable. Surprisingly, this was communicated in the middle of our meal, and a few other guests faced the same situation. Such information should be clarified in advance to avoid inconvenience to guests.
