Good Value for money. The entire hall is impeccably clean. The Management has made extraordinary arrangements to ensure happy, memorable and satisfying experience. If one prefers to travel by Metro Rail, he/she can directly step into the Subam Mahal as the vicinity is very close to the Arumbakkam Metro Station. The car parking is enormous as the dedicated staffs of the Subam Mahal will always be there to help you.

The hall is spacious for all occasions to accommodate 200 people i hope but instead of centralized air conditioning they have provided air coolers at 5 corners very closed space and it's sweating of we are not closer to any one air cooler. Parking is also not having that much space. Dining hall is good but there also only one air cooler.

Yesterday done baby shower at subham hall. Nice place to have a small function. Arrangements are on time and staffs are responding well. Price wise reasonable. Ac hall + Food + Stage decoration and etc.

This Mahal is located near Koyambedu. Main place of the city. The Mahal is a decent one. First floor is dining. Second floor is the actual place for conducting weddings, meetings, reception and parties. There is a huge parking lot. There is a open terrace. The air conditioning is good. It can occupy nearly 300 members. There is a lift for travelling to second floor. Overall a nice mahal.
