We had a decent stay the rooms are alright … the food at the restaurant downstairs at cavern was good. The staff arranged for a good driver to our way and back from Isha. Laxmi at the reception was super sweet and helpful

Hotel is situated @ one of the main locations of Coimbatore. Many main market places & bus stands are nearby. The rooms are clean & spacious, offering great relaxing experience. All the staffs are courteous, friendly, and ready to assist, with smiling faces. Restaurant is also great with nice combination of foods

Very good place to stay for a couple of days for visit around Coimbatore. The location is a major plus point, it’s right next to city bus stand and market place. Bharathi, from guest services helped us a lot. We missed a bag and left. She promptly held on till we come back. Courteous staff. Rooms were nice. Shower place was a bit slippery though.

We stayed at CAG Pride during New Year’s Eve. While the overall stay was decent, there were a few points that could have been handled better. We had specifically requested a king bed room in advance, but were instead given separate beds. This was a special request mentioned earlier, and it was disappointing that it wasn’t accommodated. On the positive side, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the location is convenient. The staff was polite and courteous, and the New Year’s Eve welcome was okay—nothing exceptional, but acceptable. Breakfast was good, though there is definitely scope for improvement in terms of variety and quality. Also, the room interiors did not fully match the pictures shown online and could be more realistic. Overall, an average stay with good basics, but attention to guest requests and better alignment with advertised room images would improve the experience

The hotel room experience was absolutely delightful. The room was immaculate, and the amenities were thoughtfully provided. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it a pleasure to rest after a long day. The staff was exceptionally courteous and attentive, ensuring every need was met promptly. Overall, it was a truly memorable stay that exceeded expectations.
