I had a disappointing experience at this Aarvee hotel. My mom, husband, and I visited for a meal, which cost โน1500. We finished our food within 20 minutes, and we were scheduled to catch a bus to Chennai shortly after. We had brought my mom for a treatment, and she had undergone a minor surgery. After lunch, we planned to wait at the reception sofa for about 10 minutes. However, when my mom lay down due to dizziness, the reception staff approached us in a rude manner. He could have communicated the hotel's policy politely. I understand that the hotel may have rules about waiting time, but it's essential to convey this information in a respectful manner. It seemed unfair that we were asked to leave when my mom was unwell, while other customers were allowed to wait for longer periods. We respect the hotel's policies, but we expect better customer service. Perhaps a sign indicating the waiting time policy would be helpful. Overall, our experience was marred by the staff's behavior, and

During my recent visit, I arrived at 6:10 AM for breakfast, which starts at 7:00 AM. I politely asked if I could wait in the lobby for 45 minutes, but I was not allowed. As a regular guest, this was very disappointing. The breakfast quality was good, but the customer service this time was not up to the mark. The lobby area is directly in front of the reception desk and fully visible, so I believe allowing a customer to wait briefly would not have caused any inconvenience.
**5 stars for Rooms, service & location** Rooms are very clean & well managed with this budget.. Services are excellent, beyond expectations comparable to any such category of Hotel. Food quality & prices are reasonable. Best thing is about location, hardly 50 meters from the main bus stand. Saves lot of time if u r arriving in morning & wants to take some rest before proceeding for the busy day. Hotel provides 24 hours basis check-in & Out facility (E.g : if u check-in at 7 AM, Check-out time would be 7 AM next day). All the best..!
The hotel is located at a very main place and easy to spot it. Rooms are good but unfortunately I found a couple of cockroaches (around 3 to 4) roaming around the toilet. But the staffs were very polite and they quickly cleaned the entire room after raising a complaint. Would recommend this hotel if you wish to stay for a couple of days at an affordable price.
