Itβs a decent stay. The rooms were very compact and all the amenities were newly installed. But the floors were a bit dusty when the rooms were handed over. They could show a bit more attention to detail. It was cleaned well the next day upon request! Breakfast spread was great with most of the dishes tasted good. The noise was high from the pub in basement and could hear in our first floor rooms. Overall an okay stay. Not worthy of the price we pay! Pros: Great location Nice breakfast Cons: Compact rooms Cleanliness can be improved!
We had just conducted my parents combined 50th wedding anniversary and 80th birthday. We met with Akshaya who is the F&B manager at Park Elanza. She walked us through the various options at the first meeting and we had subsequently met a couple more times where she helped us further refine some choices and gave some valuable suggestions. She also gave us a bigger hall than the one we originally wanted. That turned out to be such a good suggestion as the hall easily accommodated over 70 plus guests. Also Akshaya recommended the florist and photographer who also did a commendable job with the decorations and photography and they came on time and did their job perfectly Akshaya stayed through the whole event which lasted pretty late in the night, making sure that everything was well organized. The food and desserts were delicious and the guests really enjoyed the food and the entire experience. Akshaya made sure that there was a lot of F&B staff to make sure the guests were all taken care

The staff at the reception were polite and helpful during check-in and check-out, which made the process smooth and hassle-free. The hotel also provides an in-house restaurant, which is convenient for guests. The food quality was generally good, especially the snacks and main course items. However, during one visit, I noticed that the tea was too watery, and the milk used seemed to have an unusual orange tint. The taste was not up to the expected standard on that particular day.
