Very poor service, even the billing counter person would not respond when you call him and also the owner of the place was also present there and despite telling him the concerns he was least bothered. Doubt if theyโll ever improve. I even closed my leaf without eating after waiting for more than 45 mins for a chilly chicken which was my first order and the owner was like how can someone serve even faster and didnโt even bother to convince me or provide a resolution
More worst service by the servers today. Food is good, and thatโs the only reason I have visited your restaurant nearly 10 times in the last 30 days. But the way your staff behave with customers is completely unacceptable one lady who is serving. On Dec 8th, the service was very pathetic. Yesterday I came with my father-in-law and we were sitting at C4. The server with specs didnโt even have basic mannersโhe rudely asked us to shift to another side. We were only 3 people at a 6-seater table, yet he told us to sit somewhere else where there was no fan. First of all, once a customer sits at a table, you should not ask them to get up. If you want structured seating, you must appoint one person at the entrance to guide customers politely. That is basic hospitality, which your staff completely lack. We are not eating for free. Very good atmosphere inside for having food.. Well maintained dining and well arranged. I had vegetarian food which are served on banana leaves added much more tast to the foods... Non-vegetarian people must visit and enjoy the foods including chats, ice Cream, even pizza burger.. kind of all in all.. 🥰😋
Unfortunately there is no zero stars or negative stars. Ordered paneer chilli. It was Rs.173. Double the price comparing to the eaterys nearby. It took an eternity to receive the food after making the order. You can't ask the servers or the billing person about the order. It is your problem that you receive the order late, not theirs. Worst service. Now coming to paneer chilli, it is not even worth 50 Rs. If you get it in a nearby kalan, bhel puri shop, it'd be much better comparing to the one from this hotel. Paneer is very rubbery and doesn't feel good or fresh. The masala batter is even worse. It felt like they prepare the batter for an entire week and use it throughout the week. One bite is enough to regret your decision of visiting the hotel. Normally I don't give negative reviews, but when it comes to hotels, the service is more important than the food (in my humble opinion). It was disappointing.
