Hotel Vel's Grand Inn

We had a good experience me n my family went with two kids...by emergency we booked the room we get the room in a good way neat room bed bathroom . overall we had a good experience location also pretty good .

Rooms are reasonable. But service is very worst. We asked for a towel three times, they did not provide. Then we checked out using our own towel. Bad experience.

Rooms are good. Service is not good and less maintenance. Parking is congested. Main road is near so it's noisy

Must must avoid, there is no proper maintenance, full of mosquito, old bed sheets, not cleaning the room properly…Photos ellame edit dhan..waste of money. Still you want to book the hotel enjoy the mosquito ride and rashes… 🤦‍♂️

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended at All My stay at Hotel Vella Grand Inn was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. This hotel does not meet even the basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, or hospitality. First of all, the room was very dirty. The bedsheets were stained, unhygienic, and even torn, which is completely unacceptable. The bed itself was very small and uncomfortable. The room size was extremely small and congested, making it totally unsuitable for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. There was hardly any space to move around. The room had a bad smell, which made the stay very unpleasant from the moment we entered. The air conditioner had no proper control, so we could not adjust the temperature as needed. This added to the discomfort, especially after a tiring day. The bathroom condition was pathetic. It was not cleaned properly, smelled bad, and felt unhygienic.
