Had a very bad experience at this hotel. Poorly maintained rooms & indifferent behaviour of the staff. They don't even accept credit cards. The only plus point is it's location - close to the railway station but still quiet locality. This hotel is Certainly NOT value for money. I advise people not to book this hotel. Only then the management will learn some lessons in hospitality & decency.
Decent room, friendly staff, away from the bustle of railway station, yet at the center of the city.
If possible would have given negative star. being a single traveler i would never recommended this place for women. None of the images in the ad matches what is being provided here. The corridors are wide but the rooms are dingy and hardly any maintenance has been ever been done. the hotel does not have Wi-Fi, The air conditioning does not work and staff is probably the most indifferent people i have ever met in my travel life. The owners are no better. i booked through make my trip, but they managed to get me a refund.
Dirty beds, bad service, AC remote not working, dirty bathrooms, mosquitoes inside. Fan knob not there not able to control fan speed also
I had booked this hotel for my aunts to stay coimbatore for 5 days. But later I realised it was a terrible decision. Here is what happened. They had reached the hotel property at 6.15pm and checked in. When they were shown our room, they could see that the pillow covers and beds were not clean. They complained to the hotel management and got it replaced. Even post changing the covers they could sense some unpleasant smell in the room. Later at 10.30pm, power to their room was out. They complained to the hotel management but only got a lethargic response from them that they will check with EB. We could clearly see that power cut was in only our room. Rest of the hotel premises was unaffected. The power cut was more than 2.5hrs past midnight with two women alone helpless. They had almost suffocated due to this power cut and no ventilation. Post constant complain with the hotel management, they came to know that there is a generator and they had started it at 1.30am to restore power. Th
